Subscription Information:
The subscription label on your newspaper contains valuable information for both you and The Lawyers Weekly. Check to make sure your name, address, and postal code are correct. The 6-9 digit number above your name is your personal account number. Please refer to this account number whenever you contact or correspond with us regarding a delivery or subscription-related request.
If you have a question about your subscription, or your bill, call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-668-6481, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST).
For the most expedient and efficient service, please have your subscription label at hand if calling, or include it in the envelope if you are mailing us. If you are inquiring about a bill, please include a copy of your invoice. This will enable us to locate and correct any problem associated with your file quickly and easily. Please allow a minimum of two weeks for an adjustment to be made to your address label.
The Lawyers Weekly is published 48 times a year — every week, except for the last two weeks in July and December. The Lawyers Weekly is mailed one week prior to the cover-date, unless an insert and/or polybag is required, which will add one additional day to delivery.
If for some reason your copies are continually arriving late, or not at all, call our Customer Service Department and we will either extend your subscription or happily send you a replacement.
Back issues of The Lawyers Weekly (if available) are $9.00 per copy: prepaid orders only. Write to The Lawyers Weekly, Back Copy Dept., Suite 700, 123 Commerce Valley Drive East, Markham, ON, L3T 7W8.
You will automatically be notified by mail, beginning three months prior to your expiration. To ensure continuous delivery, be sure to respond promptly. If you have any questions concerning your renewal, please call us Monday to Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (EST).
If you have received an invoice or renewal notice after you have already responded to an earlier notification, it probably means our correspondence has crossed in the mail. If you receive yet another notice, please contact us as there could be a problem.
To change your mailing address, you may call us Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (EST), with the information, or you can simply complete the online form.
